The design centres on a feature island in an industrial oxide finish, which introduces a rich, earthy texture that acts as a warm focal point against the cabinetry’s clean lines. A purpose-built bulkhead above the island houses a practical ceiling-mounted extractor, adding architectural character while a dedicated drinks area with a wine cooler enhances the room’s social appeal. Every surface is elevated by the addition of premium quartz, providing a durable and elegant finish that ties the space together, while a Quooker instant boiling hot water tap adds the final touch of contemporary convenience.
